By creating an account on Naym you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

2. What Naym provides

Naym is an AI-powered baby-name analysis service. Free users can browse and preview names. Paid unlocks (and bundled credit) give permanent access to a name's full analysis and compatibility report. AI-generated content is informational and may contain inaccuracies — it is not a substitute for professional advice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Payments & refunds

All unlocks and bundle credits are one-time digital purchases processed by Stripe. Once an unlock is consumed or a bundle has been used, refunds are provided at our discretion. We will always correct billing errors.

5. Acceptable use

Don't scrape, abuse, or attempt to disrupt the service. Don't share your account access with others.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be flagged in the product. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
